This unit is a heavy duty waterproof thermometer. Make this your first selection if you are in a wet environment like chicken or meat processing. 2 setable (Hi/Lo) ALARMS with Beeper make this unit ideal for all food use and A REFRIGERATION FAILURE ALARM.....Very accurate and easy to use. The probe is 125 mm long and 3 mm dia. The wire for the probe is 1 meter long. C & F Selectable, setable hi and low alarms, rugged construction and magnetic probe mounts.
Accuracy of 0.5C and Min/Max Recording. Temp from -50C to +200C With Food standard time/ Temp Charts.
